Who we are
Nikki and Peter share a love of adventure, travel, and especially Ireland. From their base in Narragansett, RI, they make regular trips back to explore new landscapes, reconnect with Peter’s Galway family, and scout hidden spots for clients. Nikki spent 34 years with the Department of Defense planning travel for military and civilian teams; after retiring, she channeled that skill into leisure travel planning and joined the Shared Adventures Travel team, specializing in custom Irish itineraries. Her passion began on her first visit to Galway with Peter and deepened through hikes along the Northern coast, treks on the Dingle Way, and yoga at the Cliffs of Moher.
Peter grew up in Galway, the eldest of six. After moving to the U.S. in 1990, he spent 25 years in California and a 30-year career in global supply-chain roles with companies like DEC, Apple, and Lucent. Now retired, he coaches youth soccer and shares an insider’s view of Ireland that goes beyond guidebooks. Together, they blend Nikki’s logistical expertise with Peter’s local roots to craft unforgettable journeys.
